Jorge Ale Yarad
Managing Partner
Jorge Ale possesses several years experience in the public sector, as Director General of the Ministry of Public Works, and adviser to the Ministry of Economy in Chile. He also has deep roots in the private sector through his roles in AIDIS, the National Counsel of Clean Production, and Fundacion Chile.
He has earned a Bachelor in Industrial Engineering and a Masters in International Engineering, both from the University of Chile.
Jaime Ale Yarad
Partner
Jaime Ale has forged an immense network in South America and beyond throughout his career. He has held the roles of CEO of Chile’s National Mining Society (SONAMI), Manager of Corporate Affairs in Enersis and Unilever and Secretary General of the National Chamber of Commerce. He also participates in academia through his role as VP of the College of Engineers, and Professor of busniess and economics at the University of Chile.
He holds a Bachelor in Commerce from the University of Chile.
Jose Miguel Ramos
Senior VP, General Counsel
Jose Miguel Ramos is an experienced lawyer, now heading his own firm, through which he has formed a strong business network across several sectors. He has previously held roles in the National Counsel of Clean Production and the Ministry of Public Works.
He graduated in Commercial and Occupational law at the Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile and later earned a diploma in Public Contracts and Purchasing.
Nicolas Westenenk
Associate
Nicolas Westenenk has extensive experience in the energy and sustainability sectors, both public and private. He is a techincal adviser to the Ministry of Energy in Chile, and previously worked as an Operations Manager in a water management firm.
He has earned a degree in Industrial Engineering at the University of Los Andes. He later completed a Master of Philosophy in Engineering for Sustainable Development at Cambridge.

Sebastian Rivas
Adviser
Sebastian Rivas is a valuable partner for Rio Maule Capitales given his current role in a top Project Finance team at HSBC Canada, as well as National Bank Financial prior to that. He is originally from Chile, where he has worked in Private Equity, as well as started his own renewables business. His network, both in Canada and Chile proves valuable for investors looking for unique diversification opportunities in a safe market.
Sebastian is an Electrical Engineer, having graduated from the Pontificia Unviersidad Catolica de Chile, with a specialization in Control Systems and Financial Engineering.
